Daddy Freeze ( Free Nation in Christ Online Church)

"Tithe as an English word means one-tenth or 10 percent. Tithe in the scripture means a mandatory 10 percent of one’s increase (Deuteronomy 14:22). Tithing has been a very topical and Controversial debate within the Christian community in Nigeria and This was made popular by Nigerian broadcaster and radio talk show Daddy Freeze who has been on a bitter campaign against the Church and Tithing , he made the tithe topic become a national conversation in Nigeria.

While some Men of God agrees on the fact that Paying tithe is compulsory as a Christian but some in the same reason of thought see it as a personal decision and everyone who pays tithe knows that the money is not taken to heaven. Many do it because of what they believe and some do it because they want to support the Church voluntarily.

These Men of God listed Below see it as "a misinterpretation of the scripture that have lead many generations astray. In like manner, the misinterpretation of tithe related scriptures has led many Christian generations astray.Though the doctrine of tithe is popular and generally accepted in Christianity, it’s a wrong doctrine. It’s actually a sin to pay tithe and it’s equally a sin to receive tithe in Christianity.
