The exact creator of this skill is not known, but the best known user of the skill is the Brazilian footballer Kerlon Moura Souza.
What is sweet about this skill is that your opponent can't tackle you, as the ball is on your head, and raising a boot to the head will get them a yellow or even worse a red card.

This is one of football's most popular skill and when you think about Cristiano Ronaldo dribbling, you picture this skill.

However it is not Cristiano Ronaldo who created this skill nor is it Ronaldo de Lima, who is another popular user of the skill. The Dutchman Adam Law was the first player to bring this skill to the big stage of football.
If you watched Ronaldo Nazario in Inter Milan and Real Madrid, or Cristiano Ronaldo in Manchester United and Real Madrid, you would know how wicked this skill is.

It involves you rolling the ball up the back of your leg and then flicking the back over your head, to breeze past your marker.

It was created by Alexandre de Carvalho as far back as 1968.
7. The Panenka.
Some people may argue that this is not a skill, but the Panenka has come to be recognized as one of the most famous skills of all time.

It was first brought to life by its creator Antonin Panenka, but Sergio Ramos has taken it to another level in recent years.
It simply involves chipping the ball right down the middle to score a penalty, while you trick the keeper to dive the wrong way.

However, the Real Madrid legend was also a very skillful and prolific goalscorer who performed this skill regularly.
It involves moving at high speed with the ball, and then braking immediately and pulling back with the ball to move in another direction, while your opponent flies past you.

The Legendary Roma midfielder Rodrigo Taddei is the creator of this skill.

It involves using your stronger foot to drag the ball behind your weak foot, which tricks your opponent into thinking you are going in one direction, and then cutting the ball back to the direction you were facing, while your opponent zooms by.

Nicknamed the gaucho after Ronaldinho, and snakebite in Nigeria, the elastico is one of the most commonly used skills in football today.
However the skill was not created by Ronaldinho, but was instead created by the Japanese Brazilian footballer Sergio Echigo, who taught it to Rivellino his teammate, who then took it the mainstream.

It involves using the outside of your strong foot to push the ball to your stronger side while leading your opponent on a merry ride in the other direction.

When you think about this skill, one of the first players that comes to mind is Neymar, but the skill was first performed by Ricardo Infante in 1948.

Players use this skill to pass or shoot from tight angles, and to make up for their inability to use their weaker foot to shoot or cross.

It simply involves dragging the ball with the sole of your stronger foot and then passing it to your weaker foot while you spin away from your marker.

And the gold medal goes to the skill created by Barcelona and Dutch legend Johan Cruyff.

He first showed this skill to the world during the 1974 World Cup tournament, when he was being tightly marked by a Swedish defender only for him to fake a pass, then drag the ball behind his standing leg, turn 180 degrees and zoom off from his marker, leaving him dazed.
