Okpocha Bright, born 14,September, 1978 in Lagos state, but hails From Abia State, is a Nigerian comedian professionally know as Basket Mouth. Okpocha is also an actor, and he has done many movies alongside most prominent Nigerian actors and actresses.

He has organized popular stand-up comedy concerts like: Basket-mouth Uncensored across the globe.

The 42-years-old Comedian started his career in 2000, and these throwback photos will remind you of how life was "then".

Okpocha completed his primary and secondary school education in Apapa, Lagos state. Before proceeding to University of Benin (UNIBEN), where he graduated with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology with his brother Godwin.

Okpocha bright began to discover his love for drumming in 1991, followed by taking-up rapping in 1994. He then formed a group called”Da Psychophats” this group has 7 members and they started going for shows in 1995, but then they break-up before releasing any music. The legend went on to organize another group, which he called “Da Oddz” , with his brother, Godwin and Muyiwa Ola-Philip, but they group music- rapping was not accepted in Nigeria then, so they didn’t make it. Then he ventured into Comedy and today he’s doing well.

In 2005 and 2006 Basket-mouth won the national Comedy Award and the Awards for Best Stand-up Comedian of the year.

However Basket-mouth also appeared in Africa magic show my Flatmate and other movies.
