1. Avoid Smoking Tobacco: this is one of the causes of low sperm count or that can cause infertility in many men. If you are addicted to smoking tobacco, then I suggest you retrace your steps if you really care about gathering a child peacefully and safely in the future.
2. Excessive Drinking of Alcoholic Wines and Marijuana: this is another Lifestyle activity that can cause problems for men aspiring to have a child. Alcohol is not bad when taking lightly but if you’re the type that akes excess alcohol and Marijuana for any reason, then be guided as that could significantly reduce your sperm count and further dampen your chances of fathering a child.
3. Overheating the Testicles: this is another or perhaps the most common and ignored reason why many men face issues having a child after marriage. There is a certain temperature that is considered very good and averagely good for the testicles, so under no circumstances should you heat it up beyond that temperature. If you are the type that work in cyber cafe and care about the health or your testis, then never place a hot laptop on your lap for any reason to avoid heating up your testes to a very high and unhealthy temperature.
It is also wrong to put your phone in your pocket always as it contains rays that could hurt your testis and reduce your chances of fathering a child. Be guided and be safe!
