The civilization from the western world changed quite a number of things in the lifestyle of the black men. The West I believe took our traditional religion, mode of dressing, system of governance and many more from us. However, one thing that we as Nigerians have refused to give up is our traditional system if ruling. Although, there are Governors and Presidents, we still have our traditional rulers who govern the affairs at the grassroots.

Another very interesting thing about the preservation of our monarch system is that educated and smart young men now rise to the position of a king. It's quite beautiful to see such people in governance and making deliberate and positive changes in their community.
HRM Nduka Ezeagwuna is not an exception in this case. The 25-year-old was crowned Obi of Iselle-Uku kingdom in 2017. The young monarch was a student of the Industrial and Production Engineering department of the University of Ibadan when his father died in a tragic motor accident in 2014, leaving him the responsibility to lead the Iselle-Uku kingdom at a tender age.

In a jiffy and without wasting much time, high chiefs and important members of the kingdom moved to the University if Ibadan to usher their king unto the throne. However, for the sake of his education, they agreed with the school.manhenent to allow him finish his studies before ascending the throne.

After the agreement has been made, Obi Nduka Ezeagwuna was allowed to continue his education. On his convocation, he was honoured by the Vice Chancellor who referred to him as "Engineer King" at the event.
For the sake of experience, Obi Nduka was taken to Benin Kingdom to learn from Oba Ewuare. You'll agree that guvernanve isn't a child's play and the King was prepared for the task ahead at the Kingdom.

Obi Nduka is happily married and the marriage is blessed with a son.
