Oge Okoye is a popular Nollywood actress, filmmaker, contractor, television presenter, film producers and a philanthropist, and is awarded a variety of awards. She had been born in London on 16 November 1980. She is from the southeast region of Nigeria formerly the Anambra Kingdom of Nenwi.

Oge Okoye is one of Nigeria's most entertaining, hardworking and reliable actresses. In her first year, she began performing at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State, as a theatrical undergraduate. She entered the film industry in Nollywood in 2000 and began attending film audition and performing in movies as a small character.

After appearing in the hit film "Spanner," Oge Okoye came into view in 2002, with Nkem Owoh and Chinedu Ikedieze as her partner. She has been involved since then in over 200 Nollywood films including: bloodsisters, babies from Blackberry, Eagle's bride, Black Bra, Corporate Maid and so on.

Oge Okoye is one of the few actresses who has kept her private life out of the Internet. The stunning actress has been previously married to Stanley Duru, a famous corporate tycoon. In 2005 the couple tied the knot and after seven years of marriage was divorced. Although reports of unbelief on both sides have become their motives for division, they haven't yet been revealed.

Before her marriage collapsed Oge Okoye bare two children (a boy and a girl). Her only son is known as Chibuike.
