The world today is filled with many countries which are filled with many people. Most of these people are healthy while some are not.

In this world many people are suffering from different diseases like cancer, hypertension, diabetes and so on. Although that some sickness are transmissible, there are some that we can cause for ourselves.

However today I want us to talk about some things that we take in excess which are capable of harming our lungs.

We are aware Respiratory failure happens when the capillaries or shallow blood vessels surrounding air sacs can't sufficiently replace carbon dioxide with oxygen. So when you take things that won't allow your lungs to function effectively or things that may harm your lungs, then you are putting yourself in great danger.

Below are things when can harm your lungs if taking in excess:

1. Taking too much salt or salty meals you.

You all should know that consuming or inhaling condensed salts can irritate the airway, causing an accumulation of mucus and coughing that could intensify the symptoms of allergies, says the american bronchial asthma and allergy basis.

2. Avoid taking an excessive amount of fruit or fried meat.

Do well to avoid taking excessive amount of fruit or fried meat because immoderate fried ingesting will over time, result in weight benefit, which now increases the lungs' stress.

3. Avoid Taking Excessive amount of alcohol.

Excessive intake of alcohol by both old and young people always result to lung diseases, so is better everyone avoids taking too much alcohol thinking its enjoyment.

Please note that lung diseases does not have age bracket in the sense that it does not care whether you are old or young.
