Chioma Chukwuka who was born on March 12, 1980, in Nigeria, is a Nigerian actress and movie producer. In 2007 she won the Africa Movie Academy Award for "Best Actress in a leading role" for her performance in the movie "Sins of the flesh", and the Afro Hollywood award for best actress in a lead role in 2010.

It is not a new thing in Nigeria that most of our Nollywood actors and actresses cannot keep their marriages together as we have seen many cases of Divorce after very few years into the marriage. But unlike other Nollywood stars, Chioma Chukwuka's case is very different as she is married to Franklin Akpotha and blessed with two amazing kids. Her husband is a chef.

In November 2018, Chioma became the brand ambassador for Erisco Foods and continued to serve as brand ambassador for many Nigerian and commercial companies.
