CS Joe Mucheru Reveals Results of New NIS Polls Showing Huge Gap Between DP Ruto and Raila

Deputy President William Ruto has been served a new blow following latest claims by the ICT cabinet secretary Joe Mucheru. Mucheru, while appearing at KTN news interview revealed the latest polls results between Ruto and Raila.

Ruto and Raila are currently the heavyweights facing each other for the presidency and both believe they have a real shot at the top seat.

Following the rivalry, various organizations have been carrying opinion polls to determine who is enjoying the most support from Kenyans.

CS Mucheru has revealed that the latest opinion polls including one carried out by the National Intelligence Service (NIS) has shown interesting changes in the last few weeks.

According to the CS, the latest polls have shown that Raila Odinga is currently leading at the polls with over 64% while Ruto is trailing behind.

His sentiments come exactly a week after interior CS Kibicho revealed that Raila is leading at 60% according to NIS polls.

If the claims are true, Raila’s popularity is currently on the rise and this is a huge setback to the Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate.
