1.    Be active

2.     Have a good connection of people around you

Keep a sound support system around you. Talk to ease your troubles and to help you see things from a different perspective. A problem shared is half solved. Give people a chance to help you out. You might be surprised by what you can learn by talking it out.

3.    Have some you time

Take some time out to socialize, relax, or to exercise. Take some quality time to yourself to relax and meditate. Take three deep and slow breathes to get your oxygen running. Take this time to do something you consider fun, a comedy, dancing, or whatever gets your heart excited.

 

4.    Avoid unhealthy habits

When we feel low, we tend to rely on bad habits to cope and to avoid the issue we are currently facing. Most people rely on bad habits like alcohol use, smoking, caffeine, and overeating. These habits weaken the body and create new problems. One way to help is by joining a support group to share and get help from other members. 8.     Learn and practice relaxation techniques

You are your most significant investment in life. Learn to try and keep negative thoughts out. Most of your thoughts are in judgment of you. Try to remind yourself of everything you have lived through, every accomplishment, remind yourself you matter.

9.    Set limits 

 Learn to set appropriate limits and say no to requests that would create excessive stress in your life. You can start by deleting pages & people who leave you with a negative feeling for whatever reason. Delete contacts that add no value to your life. Try not to give too much energy to the negatives; instead, focus on the positives. Get enough rest and sleep. Your body needs time to recover from stressful events.

 

10.        Seek professional help

Seek treatment with a psychologist or other mental health professional trained in stress management. Talking through you're feeling will help in putting things into perspective. "Clarity & understanding is power. If you know something, you have a higher chance of changing it or achieving it."
