Stomach ulcers are open sores that develop within the lining of your stomach. The cause of ulcers can be linked to a bacterial infection known as Helicobacter pylori as well as the chronic use of over the counter nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as a aspirin and ibuprofen.

Red meat can fatty, which makes your ulcers worse. Meat also contains alot of protein and it takes longer to digest. Because it takes longer in the stomach therefore there is a likelihood releasing more acid to digest it. Ideally you need to avoid fed meat until ulcers coffee.
Dairy products. Many dairy products are high in fat. Avoid them or use low fat alternatives. Spices foods and sea salts.
Spices like chilli peppers, black peppers mustard, curry and strong spices. Chilli cause stomach irritation once you have ulcers. Therefore avoid these foods.
Salt and salty foods can also increase ulcers. There is also evidence that people with Helicobacter pylori infection who have a high salt intake are greater risk of developing stomach cancer. Reduce your salt intake. Try using sea salt instead of salt to provide flavour.
