Bat what does not change is the number of bags cement and number of bricks that one will use. Cost of a good 2 bedroom will range between 1 to 5 million depending on its location. The number of blocks and bag of cement needed to build a 2 bedroom flat depends on the size of the rooms. For a medium size of a 2 bedroom flat, it will take 2,200 blocks and 125 bags of cement. In simple calculation you will be able to know what it will cost you to get enough cement and blocks for your two bedroom apartment.

While for a normal or a medium size of a three bedroom flat it will take around 2700 blocks and 155 bags of cement will be enough to build a 3 bedroom flat.
