Maria Series is a local drama movie aired on Citizen TV every weekday immediately after the 7 pm news. Yasmeen Saiedi commonly referred to as Maria is a lead female actor in the series. She is at the center of the entire dramas in the show blending it with her strong love for the Hausa’s son Luwi who in return passionately loves her in the best way he can. In the recent episodes, things are beginning to unfold in favor of the actor as tables turn against the Hausas concerning how they acquired their wealth. Daniel a tycoon who is the father to Sailas is a threat to the Hausas for he holds weighty information in regards to the crocked means the Hausas acquired their wealth. Sailas a son to the tycoon in love with Venessa daughter to William Hausa was raised under poverty circumstances in the slums before meeting his father.

Lately, Maria has had tough times trying to join the dots on who her real father is and the circumstances that lead to her current state. Happiness dictates the kind of life that we live and Maria seems to have found her happiness. Captioned in one of her Instagram posts-“In seeking happiness for others, you will find it in yourself”. This comes as a two-way interpretation in regards to the flow of the series. In my opinion, the caption is concerning a promotion of a product she is promoting by the name Supa Mojo-Indomie Noodles. It is this kind of happiness that puts a smile on her face because for her it's business. Truth be told, Maria is one actor to watch for as she is nominated in some 2020 awards as Lead Female Actor.
