The Corona Virus pandemic is still ravaging the nation with Kenya reporting deaths in double figures for close to a month. The latest figures show that Kenya has lost 1,380 people to the Corona virus. On Sunday, November 22nd 2020, another 14 deaths were reported by the Ministry of Health. These statistics are particularly worrying as the population seems to have relaxed on the measures that keep the virus at bay.
Sadly, one profession is experiencing a boom in business. Coffin makers have definitely seen an upside in their businesses and a recent photo that is being shared on the internet is proving so. A lorry full of coffins was pictured at Githurai 45 on the way to Thika town.

The individual who posted the photo, took the opportunity to urge Kenyans to adhere to safety protocol. "Stop being a covidiot and super spreader, thank me later," wrote John Kamau who is a reputable journalist and a columnist with the Daily Nation.
