Ahmednasir had earlier today given a series of reactions on several articles and how he felt about each but did not give a strong summary of his stand on whether good or bad, supportive to the document or not. He had issued the following among others:

"Grand Mulla's official statement on BBI

1. I have read the report

2. I don't like it

3. I don't hate it

4. I'm not angry enough to fight it.

5. I'm not happy enough to embrace it.

6. I'm WATERMELON about it.

7. I don't want divide Kenyans.

8. I don't want unite Kenyans over BBI.." View pictures in App save up to 80% data.

This evening in reaction to a series of statements from his fellow lawyers including Kipchumba Murkomen, Ahmednasir gave an opinion that the BBI is a constitutional appeasement of political elites, sighting that it doesn't consider anything to do with common Mwananchi. He considered it as sour milk and hence summarized it as good for stomach.

"I think so....in my humble but considered opinion the BBI report a "constitutional appeasement" of the political elites. It doesn't ruffle feathers. It doesn't catapult anyone to a terrestrial political terrain. NI MAZIWA MALA..good for the stomach." View pictures in App save up to 80% data.
