Sperm is the reproductive organ present in a man system. Low sperm count has been the main major reasons of some families been apart, it has been the reason some family are experiencing crisis, because of the trials of having children is going in vain and some family might loose up because of the report the doctor has given to them experimental. But there is a natural remedy for it, like the old saying when their is life their is hope so all hope is not lost.
1. Eat good food: malnutrition is one of the cause of low sperm count. Because the body is not having enough adequate diet to function so the body is giving more than expected, so it may be even be the reason of hormonal imbalance so doctors will always advise you to take fruits which contains vitamin's after you have eating for that day. 2. avoid stress: anxiety and stress is another factor that decreases your sperm count. 3. exercise routinely : some might say exercise is for idol people or jobless individuals or it is stressful, no but exercise is for everyone the reason of you do exercises is to make your body maintain balance and shape. Doing cardiovascular exercises help reduce heart attacks and exercises like running and jogging helps to burn calories then others like pulling your weight exercise like press up and weight lifting helps you to build muscles and gain stamina. Exercises are of different kind and they are use for different purposes, but doing natural exercises research findings shows that it helps to increase your sperm count because it is like a leisure or recreational activities that relieves you from stress.
4. avoid smoking and alcoholic drinks:smoking does not only affect your lungs but it also affect the production of sperm. So decreasing the rate of consumption of cigarette and alcoholic drinks can help in increasing of your sperm count. If you are addicted to it, it might be hard to stop but just try to stay away from it.
5. avoid electromagnetic and radioactive rays: individuals working in industry are at high risk of suffering from low sperm count because of the rays and manner of the work, that is why scientists advice not to put your phone in your pocket for a long time because of the wave it radiate. In other to avoid low sperm count you should be able to stay away from radioactive areas which is mapped as a restricted area.
6. avoid tight under wears: tight under wears makes your body feel uncomfortable, that is why a doctor will advice you to wear light clothes and loose under wears at night in other to ease the risk of you having low sperm count. Tight under wears has been the reason most person's are suffering from low sperm count, but they neglect it because it looks normal to them.
