The grater is one of the kitchen items that are used for preparation of food items in the kitchen. However there are some parts that you probably dont know their use. This js why this article will tend to look at some of them.

The metallic part at the top is ised for peeling potatoes. Potatoes need to be washed first with clean water before peeling after which you will need to wash the peeled parts again.
The plastic beside the top are used to remove black spots after peeling the potato. These also include any peels that may have stuck on the potato.
The round parts in the middle are used in preparing onions garlic and even ginger to the desired round shape.
The lower metallic sheets that are based at the bottom are used in peeling potatoes which are then used in making chips or even crisps that can be eaten once fried in oil.
