Having intercourse with the opposite gender has become so rampant in this our present generation. As a matter of fact, it has become so rampant that we all now see it as a norm, which is why even in this rampaging act, we are advised to always use protection in order to be on a safer path --- being safe from any sort of STD's flying around.

There are actually different methods of protecting one's self from STD's for both the Guys and the Ladies, but my main focus in this piece is for the ladies. So, in this piece, I'd let out my own opinionated view, which is actually by the way certified by Medical experts.

So, for the ladies, in my humble opinion, i would like to let you know that after any form of intercourse with your male partner, it is very advisable for you to visit the rest room and try as much as possible to URINATE. Yes! try to Urinate.
This particular means of prevention for the ladies was also butressed by a popular Nigerian medical practioner and also an influencer on Twitter (@AprokoDoctor). He tweeted
"Dear Ladies, after s3x, you need to urinate immediately". Why? Doing that flushes any bacteria that may lodge in your Urethra (where you pee from) this can help prevent you from getting urinary infections".

So, to all my lovely ladies out there, it would be of a great deal of a safe measure to you all if you can just give this method/advice a trial --- for those that haven't known!
