LuqmanPro 1d

Following the refusal of the Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro to wear a face mask in public despite the fact that the country is one of the most ravaged by the deadly coronavirus pandemic, the Court has mandated him not to appear in public without using a face mask. This was contained in a judgment delivered today by the Brazil judge. This is a good development bearing in mind that the President should serve as examples for his people. The federal judge in Brasilia expressly stated that the President should no longer be seen in public without a face mask. This judgment was delivered as a result of the outright recalcitrant attitudes being demonstrated by president Jair Bolsonaro. Taking a cursory look at his decision, the Federal Judge Renato Borelli maintained that his actions amount to an outright contempt of the law and must be called to order. It was further stated that he will be made to pay $386 per day if he violates the law of the land.

However, it was stated that the decision will be extended to all government employees in the Federal District, where the capital Brasilia is located. While Bolsonara has refused to respond to the judgment, there is no gainsaying that he has severally appeared in public without wearing a mask, including at rallies with supporters. In this regard, it was said that the new order is also applicable to all his supporters. This is spot on. Brazil has recorded more than 1.1 million cases and more than 51,000 deaths. Yet the President still engages in flagrant disregard of rules and regulations. This may bode ill for the country at large. View pictures in App save up to 80% data.
