The North Gauteng High Court heard

governments appeal to challenge previous judgement.Government referring to president Ramaphosa and Dr Dlamini Zuma.

Government was given 14 days to rectify the ways they went about locking down the country regarding level 3 and level 4.

The government as yet did not change anything or attempt to change anything regarding the judgement.

The liberty fighters network was ready to face off with government. They maintained that "people are the ones whose interests should be valued and that they rule the country in line with the constitution so that everyone benefits".

Minister Jackson Mthembu stated that the government has consulted legal experts and that they felt that by appealing a different court would come to a different conclusion and ultimately a judgement hopefully in their favour.

Dr Zuma will with assistance from the president head the appeal but if government doesant succeed again it will be a huge blow to their credibility
