Confusion As New Group Breaks Off From Ohaneze and Registers With The CAC.

In a report found on The Punch, a new Igbo Group has Reportedly broken out of the main Ohaneze Ndigbo.

Ohaneze Ndigbo was created after the Civil War back in 1976 with the mission of uniting the Igbo people. However, the new group, which has already registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and ready to take over the leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo. View pictures in App save up to 80% data.

The new group is known as "Ohaneze Ndigbo General Assembly", was inaugurated by Dr. Nkeli Nzekwe, the traditional ruler of Igbariam, located in Anambra state, he is also the Chairman, board of trustees of the newly formed group.

Dr. Nzekwe added that the group is prepared to protect the affairs of the Igbo, home and abroad without bias and prejudice. He also called on all Ndigbo worldwide to come together and join hands with the newly formed Ohaneze Ndigbo General Assembly to make Igbo great once more.
