I regret not joining PDP before now – Obaseki
Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has said he lamented not joining the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) well before he did.
Regretting his around 13-year visit in the All Progressives Congress (APC), the senator said he had come to realis the PDP represented the qualities he so much valued and lived for.
Obaseki talked on Saturday at the Abuja secretariat of the PDP being given declaration of return as the gathering's banner carrier for the September 19 Edo governorship political race.

While presenting his report, the director of the constituent board that led the Edo primaries, Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state, said from what he saw in Edo, the state will be won by the PDP.
He stated: "Edo is prepared for catch. To be won by this significant gathering, the PDP. I am extremely certain and unquestionably that Edo is going to conform inside the domain of good administration of the PDP".
