The federal government of Nigerian has given approval on the resumption of schools across the nation

The FG approves what it terms “safe re-opening of schools Nation wide according to the next phase of easing the lockdown in order to further curtail the spread of coronavirus.
According to The Nation, the chairman of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on coronavirus, Mr Mustapha, made this on Monday at the daily briefing of the presidential task force in F.C.T Abuja. Reports gathered that the re-opening of school institutions was primarily meant to enable students in graduating classes to prepare for examinations.
Boss Mustapha revealed that the latest developments were part of the task force’s 5th report which was submitted to President Buhari earlier that day. Boss Mustapha said: “I am happy to inform you that Mr. President has considered the fifth Report of PTF & has approved it, thus the safe reopening of schools to enable students in graduating classes to resume preparation for examinations.
