Willian converted the penalty kick in the 78th minutes and the scoreline at that moment was in favor of Chelsea football club 2:1. During timeout, the Blues made their second change, Mateo Kavocic went and replaced Antonio Ross Barkley.

Few minutes to the end of the game, Manchester City attacked from all angles while the Blues was defending, they played a delay tactics and time was ticking.

90 minutes on the dot, 6 minutes was added and both teams played it out and the match ended 2:1 in favor of Frank Lampard's boys.

The game was breathtaking and could have gone either ways but at the end, Chelsea FC won. Congrats to Liverpool for emerging EPL Champions after 30yrs of waiting
