She said during the course of the training, many were discovered to be innocent civilians picked up during mass arrests by security agencies.
She emphasized that the war against insurgency has been at the front burner the Government's Administration, "Therefore de-radicalisation, rehabilitation and reunification of former insurgents have received great attention through the provision of adequate food, shelter and psychosocial support to former members of the dreaded sect at the Bulumkutu rehabilitation centre".

Nigerians have been critical of the rehabilitation of Boko Haram members, many wonder why instead of being prosecuted for their crimes, they are "supposedly rehabilitated" and sent back into the very society they despise.
Recall that Nigerians rejoiced when the news broke that members of the insurgents captured by Chad were to be prosecuted, but till now our Government still pay no attention to our cries.

Rehabilitation, emboldens the terrorists, they know that when caught nothing will be done to them but taken to a camp fed and clothed from the pocket of Nigerians, and left to recuperate after which they are sent on their merry way.
If you hold them accountable however, non will want to go and stay in the bush, either get killed there or face the same fate when caught.

Since the onslaught against the insurgents led by Chad president himself and poisoning to death of those caught, have you heard of Boko Haram attacking the country again?.
Our leaders need to decisively deal with this Boko Haram madness once and for all and stop this nonsense of rehabilitation.
I rest my case.
