Federal Government Gives Condition For The Re-opening Of Schools

The federal government has rolled out conditions in which schools and learning institutions in the country must meet before re-opening. The conditions are contained in a 36 page document submitted to the senate by the minister of education, Malam Adamu Adamu, for their information.
The document titled "Guidelines For Schools And Learning Facilities Re-opening After Covid-19 Pandemic Closure" the minister described the conditions as key strategies for implementing safe, efficient, and equitable plans for schools re-opening and operations. He added that the guidance were drafted in close coordination with health, environment, education, and schools safety experts. Who are tasked with the responsibility of charting a partway for safety re-opening of schools and learning Facilities for quality teaching and learning. He noted that schools are also mandated to ensure established part of it's school covid-19 referral system. Including protocols procedures, to take care of both learners, teachers, administrators, and other education personnel in case they become unwell while in school. Schools are also to establish an adequately equipped dispensaries and clinics as appropriate.
