How to make Nigeria pancake In less than fifteen minutes
This is a very delicious breakfast meal and it is ready in less than 15 minutes.
In a bowl,add two eggs ,one and half cups of milk, three tablespoons of butter, whisk together and set aside.
In another bowl containing two cups of all purpose flour. To that, add quarter of a cup of sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder ,add pinch of salt . Blend it together and make well at the center. Now pour in the wet ingredients ,mix up all the ingredients untill it forms a smooth batter.
Heat a griddle or pan over a medium heat,add about 1-2teaspoons of oil,then laddle the batter into the pan. Rotate and tilt the pan to evenly spread the batter into a round shape. Cook until the batter solidifies,then flip to the other side for about 30-40 seconds. Remove from heat and serve.
