President Buhari Reacts To Oyo State Ex Governor's Death, Abiola Ajimobi

According to Akin Alabi who's a lawmaker and who happens to be a close political associate of Ajimobi, the former governor died after he spent weeks in coma in an intensive care unit for coronavirus complications.
The presidency took to the former official handle to express their sympathy and send their condolences to the family of the former governor.

"The President commiserates with the family of the former governor, who served the country as a Senator, 2003, before winning the governorship election in 2011, remaining steadfast and consistent in his progressive views, and working assiduously for the creation of @OfficialAPCNg"

According to the family members and close relations, Ajimobi will be buried on Friday in Ibadan, Oyo state.
