Chelsea and Manchester City will face each other in the Premier League for the second time this season at Stamford Bridge. Man City came from behind to win the first leg 2-1 after Kevin De Bruyne and Mahrez cancelled out N'Golo Kante's opener.

Since the restart of the league, Man City has played twice. They have scored a combined 8 goals in their two matches without conceding any, they beat Arsenal 3-0 and burnley 5-0 at the Etihad.

Chelsea also returned from the break with a 1-2 away victory over Aston Villa, second half goals from Pulisic and Giroud cancelled out Villa's first half opener, ensuring the blues got all 3 points as the race for a top 4 finish heats up.

With both teams having played at least one match each, the fitness levels of the players should be up. Therefore we should be expecting a very nice game from both teams.

Former Liverpool player Michael Owen and BBC football pundit Mark Lawrenson predicted what the out come of the match could be. Their predictions were different but the result Michael Owen predicted will surprise you.

See what they said and the score they predicted for this game.

"Chelsea got a good win against Aston Villa on sunday but they are still a work in progress. When they play against better teams, they play as if they know it.

"Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is looking to next season in lots of ways - his side still have a fabulous chance of finishing in the Champions League spots this time, but I don't feel he would be under any pressure if they don't make it.

"Lampard has had some very good results along the way, but his side have lost nine league games this season.

"I am anticipating an open game at Stamford Bridge, and for City to inflict another defeat."

Mark Lawrenson's prediction: 1-2

For this match, Michael Owen wrote in his BetVictor column:

"After hammering Burnley 5-0 on Monday night, Manchester City sent a clear message to everyone that they aren't going to take their foot off the pedal between now and end of the season.

"They have won six of their last seven matches against Chelsea, in all competitions, but I think this Chelsea side look made of sterner stuff than some of the Chelsea teams of recent times.

"Chelsea showed real character in coming from a goal down at Aston Villa at the weekend and they have plenty of promising young talent as well as a nice mix of seasoned pros.

"Both teams have a goal threat every where you look and I really do think we could be in for a treat to round off matchday 31. I'm going for an entertaining 2-2 draw."

Based on both predictions the two football pundits gave, they are not expecting City to lose this game. But am sure Chelsea fans will be extremely happy if Michael Owen's prediction proves to be true, as most people are expecting Chelsea to lose this match.

I go for Owens prediction as the worst for Chelsea, not to loose, but to win would be better.
