Martial with his first hatrick in United win against Sheffield United

Solskjaer made some changes from the starting line up that drew against Tottenham, bringing Pogba, Matic and Greenwood in place of Fred, McTominay and James.

United had a bright start as Martial put the ball at the back of the net from a powerful cross by Rashford in the 7th minute. The returning forward also missed a clear cut chance to put united ahead with two goals advantage. Martial made it two in the 43 minutes before the break after a fine work from Wan-bissaka who put in a cross and the number 9 finished it with first touch.

United dominated the second half, then a fine work from the three forwards lead to Martial third goal. Solskjaer made five subtution at the 80th minute withdrawing Pogba,Fernandes, Rashford, Greenwood and Martial for McTominay, Mata, Pereria,James, Ighalo.

United be in action again against Norwich in FA cup semi-final on Saturday.
