Peanuts are an especially good source of healthful fats, protein, and fiber. They also contain plenty of potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, and B vitamins. Despite being high in calories, peanuts are nutrient-rich and low in carbohydrates.

Milk has been enjoyed throughout the world for thousands of years.

Milk contains a wide array of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, protein, healthy fats and antioxidants.

Milk is considered a “complete protein,” meaning it contains all nine of the essential amino acids necessary for your body to function at an optimal level .

Notice one thing common among these ingredients is "healthy fat ". They are all rich sources of healthy fat.

So let's get straight to the preparation.

1.The first thing you have to do is chop your bananas and pour them into a blender (one or two bananas is enough for instant consumption)

2. Add one cup of milk to the bananas in the blender

3. Add your peanuts. You can also choose to use peanut butter instead of peanuts.

4. Blend the ingredients together till it becomes smooth.

Your favourite weight gain smoothie is ready for consumption. This smoothie is highly nutritious and for better effect, drink it in the morning and at night before going to bed. If you're the type that works out, you can take the smoothie before and after working out.

Note that the above recipe is for a single immediate consumption. You can however double the amount of ingredients if you want to store it in the fridge. To store it, pour the smoothie in an airtight Mason jar and the smoothie shouldn't be stored for more than two days.
