1. A minute blink:
Blinking is a great way to relax your eyes. This exercise helps in regulating the circulation of blood inside the eyes. It helps give your eyes break from light, grease, and clean them. Just blink for one minute.
2. Left and Right move:
Make yourself comfortable, look to your right and left. To do this exercise correctly, you need to first look to your right slowly while inhaling. Then slowly move your gaze to the left while exhaling. This exercise should be for 30 to 60 seconds. After the exercise, close your eyes for few seconds.
Remember to perform the exercise as slow as possible.
3. Closed eyes relaxation
All you have to do is just close your eyes and sit back. It is important to make sure your eyelids are completely relaxed. Leave your eyes closed for a minimum of 30 seconds.
4. Different direction gazing
You should move your gaze in different directions.
Start by looking right to left for 5 seconds. Then look up and down for another 5 seconds. After that, turn your eyes in circular motion for 10 to 15 seconds.
This exercise improves all aspects of your visual perception.
