Corona virus has hit the world economy so hard, some analyst are predicting that some economy would see it's worse recession due to this lockdown.

Food is a very important necessity that is needed during this lockdown, and how many of us can do without food in a day? Not so much right? Well I'm going to list reasons why farmers has more to gain according to me.

Nigeria with it's massive population would need food to sustains it's citizen, it's quite impossible now to import food from other countries as they're also facing the lockdown and food issues, so we have one option now, to look to our farmers who can produce farm crops to sustain the citizens during this lockdown.

Here are the reasons why farmers are important during this lockdown View pictures in App save up to 80% data.

1. Farmers can help with the country economy.

As the only sure means to make income for most countries now, fuel which is one of Nigerian important exports can't really be used now as the nation is on lockdown and most movement are restricted the sure means to help boost the economy internally is through agricultural which is where farmers come into play, food must be eaten by the people and when they buy from the farmers the generate money this Money would in turn help Nigeria as more money can circulate within the nation.

2. Crops would be needed to sustain the country before the lockdown is lifted. View pictures in App save up to 80% data.

Seeing as how we've been in lockdown for months, without the farmers who farm and and harvest farm crop, it would be close to impossible to sustain a country as big as Nigeria.
