Npower Disengagement: Why Npower Teach should be Considered by FG and State Governments (opinion)

In my opinion, as the FG is preparing to disengage the five hundred thousand (500,000) N-Power Volunteers across Nigeria, the state governments should be ready to take over the Npower program in their respective states.
The reason for the call to absorb Npower Teach is to avoid educational downturn in the country, and to uplift Educational Standards in each State. View pictures in App save up to 80% data.
Today if you look at it critically 80% of the teachers found in our primary school are Npower teachers schools. What do you think will happen if this teachers are Sacked.
According to report by Npower independent monitors Npower volunteers were recommended by their head teachers in their respective schools otherwise places of Primary Assignment (PPA).
Some communities have urged and encouraged Npower volunteers to continue doing their hard work toward making education much more better in the state public schools.
Now as it stands over 200,000 Npower volunteers are about to leave Nigeria's public schools by the end of June and July,

If such rare youths with long term teaching experiences and digital skill will be leave without consideration by state ministry of education that will be one of the worse mistake to make toward achieving their goal for making education best.
Finally, I am calling upon our dear President Mohammadu Buhari to remember his pledge of permanency for Npower volunteers and do something surprising.
