As we all know that disease is the disorder of structure or function in a human, animal, or plant, especially one that produces specific symptoms or that affects a specific location and is not simply a direct result of physical injury. every day our body wages war against enemies that are silent and unseen but potentially deadly. One might not likely to be aware of those battle because the immune system repels or destroy most of the invaders (Disease). There are also ways to help the body and protect it from disease. Here are some important ways to help fight against disease.

1. Water: The best defense is to protect your water supply from contamination. If you know your water contaminated or suspect that it is, you can treat the water at home to make it safe.

2. Food: contaminated food may look fresh and nutritious. So get the habit of thoroughly washing all fruits and vegetables.ensure that food utensils, kitchen surfaces, and your hand are clean when preparing or serving food.

3. People: Do not share any personal items, such as razors, toothpaste, or towels. Avoid contact with body fluids from animals or from other people, including blood and products derived from food. If possible stay indoors when sick or go straight to the hospital so as to stop it from spreading out.

4. Animals: animals are also a carrier of disease so it will be advised to keep animals outside the house to avoid and minimize contact with them.

5. Insects: Limit contact with disease-carrying Insects by staying indoor or avoiding touching them, wear protective clothing, such as long sleeves and long trousers. Sleep under a treated insects or mosquito nets and use personal insect repellent. Clean the surroundings and keep away containers of stagnant water to avoid and eliminate mosquito breeding.
