The Governor of Akwa Ibom State Mr. Udom Emmanuel, burning with the huge desire to attract volumes of Foreign Direct Investment (FBI), to Akwa Ibom and catapult the State into an Investment hub of Nigeria, undertook the 21 storey building, a flagship of his Government, as a major catalyst in his envisioned economic renaissance.

It is nothing but a promise fulfilled by God Almighty, the tallest architectural masterpiece in South South region of Nigeria, the most ICT compliant intelligent structure, the 21storey smart office complex, located in the central business district of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Capital, set to host any known cooperate organization or world class company in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.

With the tower as high as 108.8 meters, the 21 storey Five Star business accommodation occupies a construction area of 18,639.50 meters square in a massive site area of 48,200.00 square meters, making room for a 500 capacity car park.

As a leader committed to the overall development of the state in all sectors, Governor Udom Emmanuel saw the turn key rise office building as a bait for the Oil Companies which hitherto laid claims to lack suitable business accommodation as the major hindrance to the location of their headquarters and operational base to Akwa Ibom State.
