Date For Interstate Movement: All Nigerian Travelers and business owners Should Take Note Of This

The interstate movement prohibition has been the major issues obstructing the total bounce back of the economy as not just the interstate drivers are wailing, the business men in the society are also into same thing as they find it difficult shuttling other states to get their business done.

The President who in the recent national democracy day broadcast stated that after considering the recommendations presented by the presidential task force on COVID-19 in accordance with the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO). Announced the approval on the ease of lockdown and to flatten the curve on COVID-19.

Before the announcement of president Muhammadu Buhari, all Nigerian travelers were hoping that the federal government would lift the ban on interstate movement as so many of them said that the date for interstate movement is 21st June 2020.

Following what the Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on News Media, Bashir Ahmad has revealed that the ban on Interstate movement is expected to be lifted on June 21. On the same date, domestic flight is expected to resume it's operation in the country but, it was not successful due to persistent increase in the number of covid-19 cases in Nigeria.

In sync with this, all Nigerian travelers and business owners should take note of this, concerning the date for interstate movement:

1. Date for interstate movement has been announced by the federal government.

2. If the date for interstate movement should be announced, all travelers and business owners must maintain all the preventive measures given by the Nigeria center for disease control to ease the spread of coronavirus.

3. The assumed date for interstate movement which is 21st June 2020 was not successful due to persistent increase in the number of covid-19 cases in Nigeria.

4. The Federal government cannot risk the lives of travelers by lifting the ban on interstate movement.
