How to make Nigerian barbecue fish recipe
View pictures in App save up to 80% data. So I tried out my barbecue fish recipe.
I don't have an oven, I used a big pit with sand, then put another big pot inside of it, and finally put in my wrapped fish.
I used crocker because, I don't like cat fish.
Get you fish, wash and remove the stomach and those stuff inside the Head if you don't eat them.
Slice it a little so that your sauce can go in.
For the sauce, I blended tomatoes and pepper together with onions. I added seasoning to it.
Then in a separate place I mixed barbecue spice with oil.
Firstly, I rubbed my barbecue spice on the fish, and inside the lines. Then finally rubbed my tomatoes and pepper paste on it, sliced onions on it then I wrapped with foil paper. I put it in my already hot local oven, which is the pots I stalked. Allow to grill for 40 to 1hr.
Note: Make sure your fish is drained after washing it, so you don't have water in it.
