Sad Story Nollywood veteran, Gbolagade Akinpelu Ogunmaek (Alias Ogun Majek), Is Dead

The country he had collected died Thursday morning at his home in Imalephalafia, Oke-Ado, Ibadan.

Experienced actor and director Tunde Ola-Yusuf confirmed the incident in a Facebook post.

In his brief explanation, he said: "We have come from him and we will return to him, Alh Gbolagade Akinpelu Ogunmaek has returned to its creator. May the Almighty God let his soul rest among the godly. Amen." View pictures in App save up to 80% data.

The actor had to deal with a long illness before his death.

Mr Majek died in the early hours of today at an undisclosed location. Ajumoko has featured in over 100 movies and has contributed tremendously to the growth of the Yoruba movie industry. Ogun Majek who was seeking for financial assistant from Nigerians and his fans has finally given up the ghost. This time it is coming from the Yoruba sector of the movie industry. News coming it in now has it that Mr. Has learned that Nollywood has lost another of their own to the cold hands of death.
