After acquiring Ibom-Air, Udom is building Ibom Car Assembly Plant. What are other governors doing?
Among the current Nigerian governors, it's almost a rocket science to find someone who has a mind of development aside Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom state.
You cannot but agree with me that Udom has written his name in gold by his numerous landmark achievements.

After the acquisition of Ibom Air, the first state owned Airline in Nigeria, which commenced operation in June 2019, Governor Udom Emmanuel is building Akwa Ibom Car Assembly Plant which is located at Itu local government area of the state.
In his words during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Automobile Assembling Plant on July 13, 2015 he said: “We stand ready and committed to provide jobs for people of Akwa Ibom State. The site will represent first chapter in the book of industrialization we have opened today. Already, we have acquired 20 hectares of land for the Automobile Assembling Plant; which is one of the fruits of the Foreign Direct Investment, is an Israeli company name MIMSHAC Merkavim Transportation Technologies Plant".
Udom is making these giant strides while his counterparts in other states are unable to pay their workers salaries. One wonders what they are really doing with the allocation they receive from the federal government monthly.
No doubt, Governor Udom Emmanuel is a pacesetter and other Nigerian governors should emulate him. View pictures in App save up to 80% data. View pictures in App save up to 80% data. View pictures in App save up to 80% data. View pictures in App save up to 80% data.
