Many persons refer politics to being a dirty game. A game in which you must act as a figure, almighty godfather, controls the affairs of the state in place of a sitting governor. There's a saying that goes that light is always in darkness which is why some politicians, so far remain a blessing to the governed and Political observers. Borno, Lagos, and Kwara state Governors are samples of what good leadership is, at least they're commissioning projects started and ended by them and ensuring social amenities of the state are met.

For Borno State Governor, Professor Babangana Umarra Zulum, he inherited a state that has been sucked by the piping mouth of insurgents; a state where nearly all indigenes are internally displaced. Prof Zulum has performed tremendously in just a year in terms of Education, healthcare facilities, housing projects and humanitarian support.

Anent Education, the vibrant governor has a record of completed construction of 76 new schools and quite a good number undergoes construction.

Regarding Health sector, the governor completed 46 health care facilities with a record of 20 undergoing construction in various local government of the state.

Unlike some Governors who gets the baton leadership and forget electorates, Prof Zulum regarding Housing projects for the indigenes, most of which are internally displaced, built houses in 6 local government of Monguno, Bama, Jere, Kaga, Konduga, and Mafa. There are also newly built Municipal buildings in different 8 local governments.

Prof Zulum, an academician is also an humanitarian because he supports the less privileged. He has provided over 600,000 bags of food varieties all over the state, gender based violence victims are helped too, youths are engaged in small medium enterprises, to mention but few.

Although the concurrent recurrence of insurgent activities appear soiling the good Prof Zulum has in mind, the governor isn't idle about this, he's been working towards ensuring peace and stability is restored in the state.

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Lagos State Governor who took over from Akinwunmi Ambode has also been up and doing in terms of social amenities and engagements in state developmental activities. He was even awarded in 2019 governor of the year.

Regarding Education, he has completed construction of schools such as Maya Secondary School, Ikorodu; Eva Adelaja Junior School, Bariga; and Saviour Primary School, Ifako-Ijaiye, among others. Meanwhile, many other schools are undergoing construction.

Regarding the health sector, the governor has been burning night candles to ensure the state defeats the ravaging Pandemic. He's ensured safety measures are meted out so as to prevent the excessive spread of the Virus. Although Lagos is more like the country's capital, Sanwo-Olu has been on his feet towards ensuring lives and property are saved.

Concerning security, the Lagos State government had ensured all security agencies are up and doing towards protecting those living in Lagos State.

The last Governor is Abdul Razaq AbdulRahman of Kwara state. During the election days, the mantra was "otoge" in the state. The otoge is a word which means "enough is enough." By research, their enough messaged was themed on the godfatherism that has been playing out in the state on the hands of Bukola Saraki whose late father remains a notable figure in the state. With the help of Saraki's sister, Gbemisola, AbdulRazaq AbdulRahman won against his opponent, Mr Atunwa. Upon assumption of office, the astute governor had achieved a while lot because, he engineered the state towards greatness. Some of his achievements are presented in pictorials below:

I think questioning government or criticizing is one of the easiest things the governed can do. Some cases are just so exceptional. I hope some state governors would take turn.
