Why Is Boiling Water So Important?

Follow these process to boil a healthy water.
1. Wash your kettle, or pan (preferably, kettle), and rinse it very well to wash off the detergent.
2. Add the amount of water you want to the kettle, and place it comfortably on a gas cooker or a stove.
3. Many people believe salt is useful in boiling water, but it's wrong. Don't add salt because drinking salt water on an empty stomach may cause nausea and vomiting. You may also experience cramping, bloating, and dehydration.
4. Extract your boiled water from the kettle after two - three minutes, and drink it.
