Former Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi Is Dead

The former Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi as been reported dead this is coming weeks after the rumour were trending that the former lawmaker lost his life to Coronavirus.
The development was on Friday confirmed by Sahara Reporters, the news platform noted that the former Governor lost his life due to complications from Coronavirus.
It was reported that Ajimobi who was recently appointed as the acting National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress died at age 70.
Further information gathered revealed that the former lawmaker had been on a life support machine since last Friday at First Cardiology Hospital in Ikoyi, Lagos, after slipping into a coma.
A source who spoke on the situation that led to the death of the former governor noted that medical doctors tried all their possible best to save him after the former Oyo governor had a lung surgery since being rushed to the Lagos hospital but made no progress while his kidneys had also failed.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari's former Chief of staff, Abba Kyari also lost his life to the virus at this same hospital.
