4. Eat fruit and healthy food : make sure you eat a diet high fruits and vegetables. Try as much as possible to eat fruits everyday, even if you can't eat vegetables every day make sure you don't miss it every week.
5. Sleep well: always make sure you sleep well, it really helps to boost our immune system, I know a lot of people go to work early and come back late sometimes, but once you get home and you've eaten and freshen up, try as much as possible to go to bed early so you will feel refreshed the next day.
6. Don't drink to stupor: if you are the type that takes acholic drink, make sure you drink only in moderation, don't over drink. Try as much as possible to take the one that won't affect you and it will surely do you a lot of good.
