Police Arrests Delta Pastor For Possession of Six Riffles In His Church.

In the fight against corruption and crime, Mr Felix Nwasa, the resident pastor of Christ Holy Church was arrested by the Delta State Police Command over an alleged gun possession who claims to be in the vigilante group for the provision of security for churches and hotels. The police recovered Six riffles in an uncompleted building in the church premise at Asaba. View pictures in App save up to 80% data.

According to CP Inuwa, the Delta State Commissioner of police, "some people from across the Niger has started bringing criminals to Delta State in the name of providing security, forgetting that bringing in a vigilante from another state to operate in another state is illegal" . This led to the arrest of the said Vigilante head , Freeman who was brought from Anambra State into Delta State for security job.

MR CP Inuwa also said the investigation led to the arrest of the resident pastor of the church who confessed that the recovered riffles belonged to Abambra vigilante group and not Delta.

Further investigations are still ongoing and we await the result of this .
