A Pro-democracy activist, by name Mr Deji Adeyanju, has recently responded to President Muhammadu Buhari’s decision, to attend the All Progressives Congress National Executive Council meeting, summoned to take place today, by Victor Giadom, who is the National Deputy Secretary of the party.
He further reiterated that, the party's members that are loyal to Tinubu, should summon up the courage, to suspend Mr President, if he is present at the NEC meeting, called upon by Giadom.
From his statement, he claimed that Giadom, lacked the jurisdiction or is not competent enough to make such a decision, but Buhari had indicated his interest in attending the meeting.
Recall recently, that President Buhari had said Giadom is backed by the laws of the land, to replace suspended former party's chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, as the new national chairman.
Since the suspension of the former chairman of the party, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the APC has been engrossed in a series of crisis. This has led to factions within the party.
