Opening of Schools has been Approved by President Buhari according to his media aide.

View pictures in App save up to 80% data. Ahead of the next phase of Lockdown in Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari has announced through his Aide Bashir Ahmad. Bashir Ahmad, Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media announced that some school classes are now permitted to resume educational activities.

Schools across Nigeria have remained shut for the past few months to ensure the safety of Nigerian students from the ongoing Virus Pandemic. Bashir Ahmad earlier announced today that the Presidential Task force will announce the next phase of Lockdown tomorrow through a tweet on twitter.

He has further announced today that the president has played the reopening of schools for some classes.

Making the announcement, Bashir wrote, "President @MBuhari has approved the re-opening of schools (only for students in graduating classes, that’s Primary 6, JSS3 and SSS3) to allow them prepare for examinations."

This can be regarded as a positive sign ahead of tomorrow's announcement by the Presidential Task force.
