Liverpool cruised to a 4-0 win over Crystal Palace at Anfield in the Premier League as they close in on their first ever Premier League title. Goals from Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah, Fabinho and Sadio Mane secured a vital win for the Reds.

Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp made four changes from the side that drew with Everton on Sunday. Klopp recalled Mohamed Salah, Gomez, Robertson and Wijnaldum back to the starting XI with Keita and Minamino dropped to the bench. Joel Matip and James Milner miss out on this fixture due to injury. Crystal Palace also made four changes to their team with Hennessey, Sakho, McCarthy and Townsend included in the starting XI.

Liverpool started the game in brilliant fashion as they troubled the visitors from the first minute of the game and they were finally rewarded with their first goal of the game. Van Dijk was fouled outside the box which led to a free kick for Liverpool. From the resulting free kick, Alexander-Arnold curled the ball beyond Crystal Palace goalkeeper. Hennessy, into the right corner of the net.

Mohamed Salah doubled Liverpool lead just before the break following an inch-perfect pass from Fabinho. Liverpool headed into the break with a 2-0 lead over Crystal Palace at Anfield. Fabinho scored Liverpool third goal of the game 10 minutes into the second half which was his second Premier League goal for this campaign. Senegalese striker Sadio Mane added Liverpool's fourth and final goal of the game in the 69th minute following a nice pass from Mohamed Salah.

If Manchester City fail to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge tomorrow, Liverpool will be declared Champions of the 2019/2020 Premier League campaign.
