How to prepare delicious Sukuma Wiki
1. Two bunches of Sukuma Wiki leaves.
2. One large onion.
3. Two cloves of garlic.
4. Four tablespoons of Vegetable cooking oil.
5. Half teaspoon of salt.
Wash the Sukuma Wiki leaves well then cut them finely in a clean kitchen basin. Wash onion and garlic then slice onion on a chopping board and grind the garlic cloves well.
Light your source of heat then place a clean cooking pot on top and wait for two seconds before adding four tablespoons of vegetable cooking oil.

Open the lid and add a pinch of salt then mix well and cover to cook for two minutes then taste if the salt is enough. If the salt is not enough you can still add another pinch to taste well.
Let it cook until tender then bring your cooking pot out of heat. You can serve your sukuma wiki with a well cooked ugali to feel the taste.
