Changes Done at State House Due to Covid-19 That Affected Even President Uhuru Kenyatta

The former Presidential Strategic Communications Unit (PSCU) Dennis Itumbi has revealed through his twitter account the various changes done at State House due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic.

Taking to his twitter account on Friday night, the famous blogger pointed out that some of these changes will never be outlined by media sources nor newsrooms.

However, he delivered the news to the world through his social media accounts.

''The Impact of Covid-19 on State House Kenya is disruptive and Untold. Media Sources or Newsroom laziness, or maybe just a story not worth telling......but that is why we have Social Media,'' said Dennis Itumbi.

''State House Kenya is on complete Lockdown due to Covid-19 - no leaving & no entrance to everyone. Including the Newbee Mutahi Ngunyi. All locked out. Only the over 200 people who live there are present. The rest Mkae huko nje. To avoid bringing the Virus to the House on the Hill,'' revealed Itumbi.

Various changes have been made at State House to keep everyone safe from contracting and spreading the Covid-19 virus.

''Presidential Strategic Communications Unit (PSCU) staff generally have orders to stay at home, but those on duty have been instructed to report to duty at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) - Where a PSCU office exists from Moi days,'' revealed Itumbi.

The State House Comptroller and Head of Public Service were also shifted to the Office of the President at Harambee House.

Other State House staff such as the Accountants and administration were shifted to the NHIF offices.

Itumbi also revealed that this changes affected President Uhuru Kenyatta who had to sleep at one of the State House lodgings.

''The President on his part has spent some time in one of the State House Lodges. State House Kenya will tell you which one,'' noted Itumbi.
